DAISY

        Come experience the fun and challenge of gymnastics

 

BROWNIE

          Sports and Games

"Sports and games are a great way to give your body exercise, to make friends, and learn how to work with other girls".

          Gymnastics is a sport where you develop skills individually. It involves strength, flexibility and coordination.

1.    Learn to perform a forward and backward roll.

2.    Practice the basics of a cartwheel. Develop the feeling of moving like a "wheel"  using an alternate hand and foot placement.

3.    Try a headstand or handstand with the help of a coach.

 

GirlSports

Learn and improve the following: stretching, throwing, catching, kicking, volleying and striking skills using a paddle or racket.

 

JUNIOR

          Sports Sampler

"Playing sports is fun and it helps you build a strong body and a quick mind."

         

          Fee:           $6 per girl, ten person minimum

 

          Date:           By appointment, year round

 interested in the Physical Fitness Sports requirements, such as the "Building Muscles #16" guidelines for Bears, will perform the activities below.

In addition to these energy busting activities, boys will have an opportunity to jump on our trampolines and tumbling mats. You will definitely have some happy and tired kids! Wear stretchy clothes, pants that stay on the hips.
